Continuous view (horizontal) remarkably slower than Page or Cont. vertical

Good morning,
Musescore 4.5 (but the same problem was on 4.4)

I'm working on kinda big but not too big of a score, it's about 60 pages for 2 pianos.
In the page mode the app works super fast, adds notes and text marks and other staff instantly, BUT it doesn't do so in the continuous view when I always feel some seconds of latency for any action, except scrolling. Adding notes, text marks feels much slower.
Also, some layout looks weird in this mode, like lines position, or grace notes and trills.

Hope someone has a solution,
