MuseScore won't launch after a crash
OS: Windows 11
MuseScoreStudio version: 4.5.0.250721848-x86_64
After a crash, MuseScore no longer starts and displays the following error:
C:\Program Files\MuseScore 4\bin\MuseScore4.exe
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate
permissions to access the item.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled MuseScore, but it still won't launch.
I uninstalled it again and then installed version 4.5.1, but it still won't start.

Have you tried to run as Administrator yet?
Creates a new folder on the desktop, download and extract into that https://musescore.org/en/download/musescore.paf.exe
Just think of it as a workaround.

When I run it as Administrator, I get the same error.
