Musescore files
I can no longer open my Musescore files. When I try to open a file a message appears "cannot read file. Operation not permitted".

How, and from where, are you trying to open files?

Further, what operating system (and version) is your computer running, and which version of MuseScore Studio do you have installed? You can get all three simultaneously by clicking on Help / About MuseScore from the main menu. Then click the copy button (two pieces of paper) next to the "Build" number. Paste that into your post.

I have Musescore version 3.6.2 as an App on my Apple Mac. I tried accessing the files through the normal opening screen which shows pictures of previous music I have written and when that did not work I went to my documents and downloaded files and had the same problem. However, I have now found a workaround which is slower, but at least I can get at them. I will try your tip. Many thanks.

What is your workaround? You were not able to double click a score in your scores folder?

... and what "tip" are you intending to try. So far as I can see, no one has offered you any "tip"s, only asked questions to identify your situation.
