How to add a free text (on horizontal continuous view)

Hello, I like working with the horizontal continuous view, but I can't seems to find a way to add a free text frame below the staff.
When I select "add -> frame -> text" or vertical or horizontal frame, no matter what, the frames gets added at the very end of the score

Any idea please ?
