Header/Footer formatting

I'm copying scores for our choir for better readability; so far so good but . . .
I like to add a footer consisting of:
- page number of number of pages (tick),
- work title (tick),
- date (still defaulting to yyyy-mm-dd but can be keyed in as needed)

Now to the "BUT"; as you can see from the attached there is a ghastly hodgepodge of font sizes and weights. Where can I set font size and weight within "Format | Style | Header & Footer", if at all?

When will the date formatting match the OS's date format? It worked fine in MuseScore 3.
