Will someone please think of the demisemihemidemisemiquavers?
Hi all.
I'm talking about the 256th notes (o rests).
Accidentally, in trying to find out what the Arpeggio mark actually does when added to a chord I have found that something is wrong when you use 256ths at the same time as voices and try to copy/paste measures.
If you only use one voice there is no problem with copying and pasting 256ths.
If you use notes or rests longer than a 256th with more than one voice, there is no problem copying and pasting them either.
But if you use more than one voice and enter 256th notes or rests in your score, the problems start.
I attached a score where you can check that:
If you try to copy and paste any of the measures 5,7,9,11,13 or 15 the program crashes.
If you try to do it with measure 17 see for yourself what happens.
If you copy/paste only a part of the measure (the first half for example), no problem.
If you select measure 5 plus the next measure(s), there is no problem copying and pasting them. The same with 7,9,11,13 or 15.
On the other hand if you select measure 5 plus the previous one and try to paste them the program crashes. The same with 7,9,11,13 or 15.
Fortunately the 256th notes (and rests) are very rarely used, so it seems to be a edge case, but...
