Zoom to page width

I would like to suggest two things concerning zoom options.

Firstly, a keyboard shortcut for 'zoom to page width' would be very convenient. As far as I know, only three shortcuts are available yet ('zoom to canvas', 'zoom in', 'zoom out'). (Other people might like to see shortcuts for 'zoom to whole page, 'two pages' etc., too?)

Another idea might be to introduce an option under General→Preferences→Programme start to choose the default zoom mode.
