Issues with Mac OS X 10.9

Hello,

I have been using MuseScore for few years on a Windows computer. Now I switched to a Mac and started making charts.
Everything seems to work fine except when I tried to transpose the chart to a different key. The program crashed immediately.
I gave it a second try, but it did the same and keeps doing it.
What could be the issue? And could it be resolved?

Yes, there are a few reports pertaining to crashes when transposing on Mac 10.9 - see these:

There is unlikely to be further development on the 1.x series, as all effort is focused on the forthcoming 2.0 release.

Try MuseScore 1.2 instead of 1.3, this has been reported several times as solving this problem.
Or take the 2.0 Beta 1 or a later nightly build, but be aware that these are, well, beta...
