Is it possible to delete the words "Voice" and "Piano" at the beginning of each system all together in the sheet music?

A method can be:
Click the name of the instrument;
Select> All similar elements;
delete.

Right-click on a measure and select Stave Properties. You will see the names that you want to change.
You can create a template (or a file) if you often use the same blank setup for pieces. If you often did piano/vocals for instance you could use the attached file. Make it read-only (via your operating system) so you don't accidentally overwrite it. I use a file rather than a template then I can just open it from the recently-used file list and save it with a different name. I also use flute rather than a voice as I think it sounds better.
