Can you save an audio file?

Hi! I'm new here and haven't started playing with musescore yet... I'm looking for something that will allow me to create some basic piano music without needing a keyboard (other than my computer keyboard). I'm wondering if after creating a song with musescore, can you save an audio file that can be imported to something like Garage Band? Thanks!
