Measure numbers-size
I've tried to increase the size via Text Style - with no visible change. Any ideas?

Save score; close score; re-open score. (In 2.0, such a change will take place dynamically without the need to follow those steps.)
For MuseScore 1.3, use menu item: File / Reload (and save) in order to have the measure numbers regenerate.
For MuseScore 2.0, currently in beta, the change is immediate.
