Musescore 2.0 Beta 2 Application Font
I miss In musescore 2 Beta 2 - Preferences/general the Item "Application Font" as it was there in Musescore 1.3. This Item was very usefull for me because with a resolution 1920x1080 the palette gets very small. As the partiture itself is scaleable to every size, the palette is not. It would very nice to have the possibility to change the Aplication Font in Mosescore 2.0 as it was in version 1.3.

MuseScore uses the the system wide application font. You should be able to change font and size for all applications on your desktop with an system utility.
On my linux kubuntu there is a dialog "system settings" which allows this kind of settings.
What OS are you on?
The application font setting in 1.3 did not affect the contents of palettes, just the names. So it really wasn't much of a solution. As mentioned, you should be able to tell you OS to use larger fonts, and that setting should be respected by MuseScore, but I guess the details vary by OS (and for Linux, by distribution and by desktop manager).
In any case, for 2.0, I implemented something that works better at least for me (I also have a 1080p display) - a scaling option you set on the command line. I run with "-x 1.5" and everything that needs scaling because it's size not inherited from the OS font setting gets scaled by this amount. So you can leave your zoom set to 100% and things should look natural, plus the palettes look good, etc.
But I recognize the situation is different for different OS's. Unfortunately, there is still no standardization and only very limited / poor support for high resolution displays in most software, including the OS and the libraries that MuseScore relies upon. So it's hard to get this "right" for all systems.

Changing the system font size affects desktop and every application. It is not that, what I would like to do.

First: This command line option solves the issue for me perfekt, Thank you.
I have windows 8.1 with a notebook 17.3 1920x1080 display.
Here you can change the complete size of the desktop, but this means, every thing changes to a smaller or larger size and all Icons change position. not recommended in all situations.
Or : you can change individually the fontsize and style of predefined texttypes for e.g. titelband, menue, symbols, palettetitels, but not for all text and not for everything. It seems for me, that simple text is only affected by changing the complete size of the desktop. This behavour was the reason of the question.
By the way, are there other usefull command line options and are they listet somewhere ? (e.g. in the handbook ?)

I am sorry, my last reply was not quite correct:
The command line option -x n.n works perfekt for all parts, that are not windows system parts.
But it works not in windows for system-fonts as Titelband, Menuetext ect.
The size of the Keys and its text of the Palette is not individual changeable.
It is only changeable by changing the size of the complete desktop.
A workaround could be the use of e.g. the font of palettetitel, witch is individual changeable in windows - preferences.
I know, this is a minor issue in a great application and I only want report it.

I'm curious why you don't ue the Windows system setting to increase the font or change the resolution, then. Wouldn't that be better than needing to change the font in every application individually to get larger type? That's why system-wide settings are there, and why they are generally preferable.
That said, Windows seems to have relatively poor support for that sort of thing. I see you can set the font for window title bars and a numebr of other individual elements, but I don't see a way to set the "default application font" to be used for menus etc, other than mabe by changing the resolution of your screen, which defeats the purpose. Seems like a limitation in Windows to me; surprised Microsoft hasn't dealt with this by now (or maybe that's in Windows 10?)
