I'm not really understanding - is this a question, a request, or what? What version of MuseScore, what OS?
MuseJazz.mss is not really about chord symbols per se - it is about text *in general*. To control the style of chord symbols, you use Style / Edit General Style / Chordnames (1.3) or Style / General / Chord Symbols (2.0). In 1.3, you affect the style by selecting from a plethora of chord description files and then must enter chords exactly as that file expects; in 2.0, you use the radio buttons and type chords however you like.

I went to style-text, put Muse Jazz in font and that solved the problem.
