Common time and courtesy time signature

1. Create a score with two lines in 3/4
2. Add a time signature of C (Common time) in the first measure of second line

--> Courtesy time signature becomes 4/4 and can't be changed.

Expected behavior : The courtesy time signature should use the same "style" than the time signature or being modifiable.
