Romantic Concerto Instrumentation

Hi, I had an idea for a composition, Cello Conversations in G Major - Cello Concerto No. 1, but obviously a conversation requires two instruments so what I'm wondering is, can I have the usual orchestral layout plus 2x individual solo cellos? For example:
Cello 1
Cello 2
Wind
Brass
Percussion
Strings

You can have whatever instrumentation you want. Just select the instruments when first creating the score if creaitng from scratch, or start with a template but then press "I" to add/remove/rearrange instruments later.
