Instrument Window: moving an added instrument to the top of the list makes the list appears more compact

Hi. A little minor strange effect.

- open an existing score
- open the 'Add'/'Edit' -> 'instruments' window ('i')
- add an instrument (anyone, on the example bellow, an English Horn)
- select this new instrument and move it to the top of the list.
- when reaching the top, the list appears more compact.

I thought at first that the font size of the list was changing, but no, it's the height of each line that is reduced.

It only occurs when adding a new instrument and moving this one. Moving an existing instrument is ok.

Yes, it's definitely a very minor problem... ;-)

(By the way, yes it's indeed more logic to have put the 'instrument' entry in the 'edit' menu than where it was before in the 'add' menu. Thanks for the correction. :-) )
