Import of 1.3 score with mismatched odd/even margins

Using Win 8.1u1 64bit with nightly 2.0 e775b00

Interesting and likely simple bug to fix. I noticed it checking some of my 1.3 scores to see what the new sanity check in 2.0 would show, and one score loaded with Odd right (and even left) margin set to 0.

* Create a new 1.3 piano score
* Modify the Page Settings, Odd Left margin to 20 mm, leave all others at default
* Save score
* Load into 2.0

Odd left margin is indeed still 20, but the odd right margin (and linked even left margin) are now 0.

I can confirm this on my system - Ubuntu 14.04. I have Letter set as my default page size in 2.0 (inherited from OS however that is done), but 1.3 is set up to still have A4 as the default as it was in factory settings.

Seems to work OK if the two-sided option is unchecked, or if the margins match, or if the file is created/saved in 2.0. So, very accurate title :-)
