Another option for Transpose: don't change notes on score (play at)
A few times, especially when dealing with soundfonts, I'd love MuseScore to write a note as one but play it as another.
Would love to be able to be able to Transpose the selection by the played note but not change the graphics.

Isn't this exactly what the transposition function provided by staff transposition and the Concert Pitch button does?
If not, can you psot a specific score you are having problems with and descrbe precuisely what it is you want to do to it?

If it is already implemented, how do you transpose an entire score where the notes (and key) stays right where they are, but all notes are played at a different pitch?

Again, this sounds like exactly what the concert pitch button does automatically. For transposing instruments like Bb clarinet, this should all be set up automatically. If you are writing for some sort of custom instrument not provided for in MuseScore's instrument list, then you simply need to enter the transposition inbfo manually, in Staff Properties. Just say how much higher or lower you want it to sound than written. Then whenever you press the Concert Pitch button, MuseScore toggles betwene showing you the written and sounding pitches.
If that doesn't answer your question, again, please post the *specific* score you are having problems with and describe *precisely* what you want to do to it.
