I am not sure what you mean. Are you referring to adding a key signature? Because MsueScore 2.0 now adds the key to all staves in a score simultaneously rather than requiriung you to add the key to each staff one at a time, keys need to be specified as concert pitch. So if you want it to appear as F for the horn, that means you need to add it as Bb. Then it will display as Bb for non-transposing instruments in your score, but F for the horn.
