Nudge dynamics when not in edit mode
It would be great to be able to nudge dynamics with the kbd without having to double-click to be in edit mode.
i.e. select and arrow around.

Since r1177, there has been a keyboard shortcut, Ctrl+E to enter edit mode on the selected element.
I agree that for the most part, nudging things with the arrow keys shouldn't be something you need to be in edit mode for. (Of course, nudging notes is an exception, since using the arrow keys navigates the score).
