You can easily change that yourself, right-click into a tablature staff, staff properties, edit string data and bump up the number of frets

Just wondering, according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guitar#Frets a standard guitar has 19 frets, which is also the number we display by default in this dialog for a classical guitar. However, one cannot enter a 19 in a tablature. Are we off of one fret somewhere?
