Need help with MIDI playback on keyboard
I have a Casio HT-700 keyboard that I at one time had used for MIDI entry and playback. I have a new computer that I am using and new to using this keyboard with Musescore. I can enter notes on the keyboard and Musescore works well for that. However, I am unable to drive the keyboard with the software, no playback. I have the in and out connections on the keyboard.
Can anyone offer some guidance on where to go from here to get this working?
Thanks

I have gone into preferences and set for MIDI connection and channel 1, which the keyboard is set on. When I do that, there is no play back at all. MuseScore appears to freeze, yet reponds to my clicking on the play button to stop it. I can proceed with all other functions fine after that. Thanks
What operating system are you using? What version of MuseScore?
Please read: http://musescore.org/en/handbook/how-report-bug-or-ask-support
Sorry, I was not really thinking this was a bug thing, just perhaps something I've overlooked in my connection/setup.
Running MS - XP SP2
Dell Inspiron, 256K, Dual Processor.
Have set playback in control panel to the external player of the Sound Card Driver.
Thanks for reading, and your questions!

What version of MuseScore?
See New features in MuseScore 0.9.6 , "Playback".
There is no simple way to playback a score from MuseScore on a MIDI keyboard. The only way is to use Jack and Jack MIDI and it's quite experimental on windows.
