shift+letter adds note according to current cursor position rather than position of added note
In note-input mode, adding a note that fills the measure moves the insert position (highlighted in blue, for voice 1) into the next measure. Shift+[A..G] at this point will still add a note to the previous measure; however, the note is treated as if it belonged in the new measure rather than the one where it is actually added. The key signature of the target measure (if it was different), and any accidentals used in that measure, are ignored. Examples:

Well spotted and perfect bug report. I copy pasted it in the issue tracker #59821: shift+letter adds note according to current cursor position rather than position of added note. Feel free to post directly there next time if you have a well explained report like this.
