Playback with Salamander Piano sfz

I've added the Salamander sfz to list under Zerberus but piano playback is still with the Fluid soundfont. How do I change to this (I'm running WIndows 8.1)

Found it at the bottom of the list of MIDI instruments in the mixer. Didn't see anything in the documentation mentioning this. Sound quality is great now with this sfz
