Yes, that would be the tutorial video linked to at the bottom of the handbook page.
May I recommend another resource for an overview of these kinds of basic note input things? If you have the latest version of MuseScore (currently 2.0.1), there will be a score called Getting Started appearing in your Start Center (if it's no longer there, go to the File menu and choose Open Recent > Clear Recent Files, then choose Start Center from the View menu). Alternatively, you can download a copy of it and open it in MuseScore from https://musescore.com/user/607771/scores/792126. You might find it helpful to work through the examples there (which include multiple voices).
