Loop playback
In the loop playback setting, if the “close loop” coincides with a “close repeat" sign, that repeat is not played in the playback.
e.g. in a tune that goes
start loop |: part A :||: part B :|| close loop
part A will (correctly) be played twice, however part B will only be played once prior to restarting at part A.
If however, the tune goes
start loop |: part A :||: part B |repeat B1 :| repeat B2 || close loop
part B will correctly be played twice.
The problem appears to be that the "close loop" over-rides the "close repeat" when the two coincide.
I am happy to provide example files if the above is unclear.

Yes, I have this trouble too! I was hoping I would find a solution here, but finding someone else with the same problem is a step forward, anyway.
Note that in a discussion at https://musescore.org/en/node/75566, this is marked as fixed, but we two at least are still experiencing the problem.
The file I'm playing is attached.

Loop playback does honor final repeat marks on a recent nighly build (77e980d), so wait for the next MuseScore release.
Meanwhile, for info. on nightly builds, see:
