Problem with diamond notehead and others

Create a note, any note. Then open the notehead palette and apply the first diamond notehead. You will get the following result, completely misshapen!:

There are problems with other noteheads as well. The triangle notehead is also misshapen:

The Doh Notehead is misaligned on the stem:

The ti noteheadhead is slightly misaligned from the stem:

The other noteheads seem to be OK.

The diamond notehead is commonly used to notate guitar harmonics. For this purpose it needs to be of similar size to other standard noteheads.
