Play panel settings
How do I make play panel settings remain for next open after saving and closing musescore?
Or can't museScore do that?
Now there is only one setting that is present upon every opening.

Play panel settings are not global; they are specific to the score you are working on. And in particualr, temo and volume are not meant to be permanent setting but temporary overrides to the 8real* volume for MuseScore as a whole (set in View / Synthesizer) and the tempo of your piece (set using Tempo text elements).
