_ measures to a line

In the old version of MS, there was a plug in for setting the number of measures to a line. Where is that in 2.0?

An improved version is now built in to MuseScore, no plugin required - see Edit / Tools / Add/Remove Line Breaks.
Note neither this facility nor the 1.3 plugin "set" the number of measure per line - in both cases, they only add line breaks. So it can reduce the number of lines in a measure, not increase it. To increase the number of measure, you continue to tell MuseScore *how* you would liek that result achieved. Either reduce staff size, reduce overall note spacing or minimum distance between notes in your Style settings, or reduce stretch for specific measures.

Thanks. That works the same as always.

So, is it the same with the number of measures in a single page? I mean that personally, I cannot add a specific number of measures per page. For instance, I would like my score to have 8 measures per page. Do you know how to do this?
Thank you,
Eir.Ma.

With Edit / Tools / Add/Remove Line Breaks you can specify the Maximum of measures per system/line. Whether this fits or need more space/less measures depends on notes, lyrics, the "space" setting, and the page width.

You can also insert like breaks or page breaks manually, using the Breaks & Spacers palette.
