Option to show/hide courtesy displayed for courtesy time signature after edit
The attached file was created in a version of MuseScore 1.x. Open it in MuseScore 2.0.1. (I used the Mac version.) You will see a courtesy time sig change to 6/8 that is invisible but not hidden. Right clicking the courtesy time sig (at the end of the line) erroneously shows the "Hide Courtesy Tim Sig" option.

You can reproduce this from scratch: just create a time signature change after a line break, then click the courtesy signature and press "V" or change any property in the Inspector. The act of making editing the courtesy time signature marks it non-generated, which in turn causes the options to show/hide courtesy to appear, even though they will be ineffective because they only work with a "real" time signature.
