Offset chords

I want to change the position of the chord names from above the stave to below it. I thought I could do this but right-clicking the chord name, clicking "text options" and typing in the "Y:" box. I'm not sure if it's just me doing something wrong, but when I do this, the chord name completely disappears. The strangest part is that I managed to do it once before, but then the program had to close, and the chord names went back on top again.
Can anyone help?
