'To Coda' in first time bar not working

I am having a problem where after the DS al Coda (bar 100), the playback does not go into the first time bars (bars 44-73) where the To Coda sign (bar 48) is and simply goes to the Coda (bar 101) when the playback reaches the beginning of the first time bars.

What it's supposed to be:
First Time Bars>Second Time Bars>DS al Coda>First Time Bars (up to the To Coda sign)>Coda

What it is:
First Time Bars>Second Time Bars>DS al Coda>skips to Coda (at beginning of First Time Bars)

Prior to MuseScore 2.0, the problem was slightly different as the playback, instead of skipping directly to the Coda, would play the entire second time bars then skip to the Coda.

MuseScore 1.3:
First Time Bars>Second Time Bars>DS al Coda>Second Time Bars>Coda

The only way I have fixed this was that I got rid of the first and second time bars and copy-pasted the parts required almost doubling the amount of pages I needed. If there is any way to fix this while keeping the DS al Coda and first and second time bars that would be great. I have included the .mscz file as an attachment.
