applying accents to marching percussion
does anyone know how to change the velocity of a note in the marching percussion files. and by that i mean access the window that gets you there

It's not totally clear what you mean, but adding an accent from the Articulations palette will cause a note to be played louder. If you want to further customzie how *much* louder, use the Velocity settings in the Inspector.
