5/4-3/4-5/4 crashes my piece

This piece I've been working has been recently crashing when converting from 5/4 to 3/4 and back to 5/4. In fact, it has crashed on all other time signatures when converting from the 3/4. I've launched the piece on a Dell running Windows 7, and a MacBook Pro, crashing on both computers. Any help would be appreciated.
