I think you aren't seeing it because the issue was closed, and closed issues don't show by default. Still, you should have received email notification and been able to click the link in the email. You might wish to check your spam folder.
The reason the issue was closed is that the issue tracker is not the proper place to ask support questions - that is what the Support forum is for (see Forums in menu at right of this page). But an answer was provided before the issue was closed.
I will leave this issue open a little while in hopes you see it before we close it. Please respond and confirm when you have seen this, so we can close the issue.

To delete measures, select them and press Ctrl+Delete, or Cmd+Fn+Delete on Mac.
