functionality of Reset Stretch

The Layout commands for Add More Stretch and Add Less Stretch apply to one or more measures that have been selected for adjustment.

Reset Stretch, on the other hand, affects every measure of the score irrespective of whether any measure(s) was selected or not.

I wondered if this behavior is intended or if it's a known issue (i.e., bug). It's counterintuitive to me, as I would expect Reset Stretch to operate selectively as well.

(Compare, for example, the way Reset Positions works; when nothing has been selected, nothing is reset.)
