Video capturing capability
Hi, gang!!!
As MuseScore is a perfect software to create awesome music sheet, I wonder why not to add a video capturing capability to make MP4 videos (with the music sound and staves clearly synchronized) to show it on You Tube and to help to close people to the wrote music world.
Just an idea.
Greetings!!!

Do you have an account on MuseScore.com? This happens automatically the moment you uplaod a score. See "File / Save Online" from within MuseScore.

Yes, of course I have one!!!
I uploaded 3 pieces and they looks great on that page (I just to say that they sound better on my PC, I guess because the sounfont file).
I just wonder about some way to "export" those videos to YouTube directly from MuseScore running into my PC.
BTW: I don't know if it is a general "taste" but I think the videos (from musescore.com) would look better if the today all measure red semitransparent block will be changed into a single vertical red (or other color) line (or block) only over the note(s) which is(are) sounding. Just an idea.

We are making a solution to automatically create these videos from your scores on musescore.com. So you'll be able to get this made with one click. It's not finished yet, so you'll have to be patience. Stay tuned.

For help using musescore.com, it is better to ask on that site. But first I'd suggest reading the documentation there.

sorry
I tried musescore com for saving as a vid, the link to youtube seemed to be for import not export....
and in any case there is a limit of 5....
I have also tried various screen recorders: 1)vcl just telescopes, 2)record my desktop takes over the screen and I have to kill, 3)kazam works but the sound is really bad....

Not sure what you mean about the link to YouTube - could you be more specific?
Anyhow, the limit of five scores is only for the free account.

With the import you mean videoscores probably.
The export to youtube is still in the making.

is the best that I could do:
1)save music as .ogg
2)use kazam save pic,
3)combine using openshot
the audio starts about 1/4 of a beat ahead
and ends about 2 beats behind...
no idea how to fix that,
took ages....
