What is the shortcut key for different vocies?

Is there an easy way to enter notes on the Grand-Staff(Piano Staff) for 4 different voices ( i see that there is the icon 1,2,3,4). But i like to, say, enter G (as bass 4th voice) press shortcut key for voice 3th , enter G (as Tenor 3th voice) press shortcut key for voice 2nd, enter B (as Alto 2nd voice) press shortcut key for voice 1s, enter D (as Soprano). such that the Soprano and Alto voices on the G clef with the note stems going different direction and the Tenor and Bass voices on Bass clef with the note stems going different direction. Thanks.

This is for the exercise for the harmony class. For doing the exercise in chord movements. How would you do it? Enter all the bass notes as voice number 4.. And then back to the beginning to enter all the tenor notes as voice number 3, and so on... It seems to be easy for me if i can enter the chord for all voices measure by measure.

The voices are numbered on a staff-by-staff basis. Use voice1 and 2 for soprano and alto in the treble-clef staff and then voice 1 and 2 for tenor and bass in the bass-clef staff.

You must specify the voice before you enter the note not the other way around. More details are in the handbook see: voices .

The handbook also as a new page for Keyboard shortcuts .
