Appended frame inactivates Page Up/Down and End keys in continuous view
There is an appended text frame in the attached score. In continuous view, PAGE UP, PAGE DOWN and END keys have stopped working. Removing the frame restores navigation function.

Bug still present in MS 2.1.
FWIW, probably an easy one for enterprising GSoC students...
Reproduced it in 3.0.0, I think it can't navigate with the keys PageUp, PageDown because it handles the elements as collapsed into each other as in the .png i added bellow.
I started investigating. PgUp and Home work for me. PgDn and End do not.
