G7(+4,13,9) - possible to enter as a chord name?

Is it possible to enter something like G7(+4,13,9) ?

umm...I just did typed that in, and it displays fine, as I wrote in 1st measure.

But actually, I would personally write that chord as simply G13(#11) as I wrote in 2nd measure, because lower extensions 7 & 9 are implied to exist underneath the highest extension (the 13th here), and don't need to be included unless they are modified (at least in my experience in jazz).
