Add continuous controller support

I have a Korg nanoKey and plenty other MIDI controllers do have the continuous controller mode where you switch your keys from Audio Input to other task.
I would love to configure muse score to set note duration via cc mode so I do not need to press number on my notebook which are at the time of entering not close to me and break my MIDI input workflow
