[trunk] No accidentals in Key Signature step of New Score Wizard

Tested with trunk rev. 3475 under Windows XP, Qt SDK 2010.04 (Qt lib 4.7.0)

While creating a new score, when asked for the key signature, the dlg box displays a series of empty staves (each of them lacks any accidental) where the key signature staff samples should be.
