A few questions...
Is it possible to make a score, and then print each instrument's part? If it is, can someone post a video or step-by-step instructions? Because I can't figure it out. :/

Check File -> Parts
Ir's a little more complicated than than, and a little bit quirky. Select File->Parts, then New, give the part a name, connect it to a staff, then click "Create." You'll need to do that for each staff or part that you want to create. The nice thing is that you can put more than one staff on a part.
