Keyboard shortcut for staccato doesn't work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new score, piano template, all default
2. Enter eighth note B, first measure top staff
3. With note still highlighted, press Shift +
Expected result:
Staccato added to note
Observed behavior:
No staccato (on screen or printout)
Dragging staccato from Articulations & Ornaments palette works fine.
Environment:
MuseScore 0.9.6.3 Rev 3507
Windows Vista; latest updates
Using + on numeric keypad; same behavior with either shift key; same behavior Num Lock on or off
Comments
If I go to Edit > Preferences > Shortcuts tab then I see "Add staccato" is Shift+. (period). Not Shift++.

That's what it says in the local handbook, too. But I was misreading the period as the end of the sentence.
Thanks for clarifying, and for pointing me to the shortcut tab.
