Create global preference for mm / inches

Suggestion: create a global preference for mm / inches which would be recognized wherever a measurement now is specified in mm, for example:

  • Edit / Preferences / Score
  • Layout / Page Settings
  • Style / Edit Text Style

Currently the choice is offered for Layout / Page Settings, but not saved between sessions nor available for other settings.
