Chord signs for accordion bass
Is it possible to place the key-note of the chord in parentheses next to the chord as in the picture? Also can I place a letter denoting the type of the chord above the chord also as in the picture?

Thank you. Ctrl+K produced the result almost similar to my sheet score. How about a key note in parentheses?

Hmm... this will add an actual extra note, not just an indication what key note corresponds to the chord. It seems like I have no choice but include this information into the chord name above the staff.

If it helps, you can disable playback of the "extra note" in the Inspector.

It won't help. The problem is not in playback. If I do it the same voice it will change the measure timing. If I do it in a different voice, then how to place it between the chords?

I think it is better to just use the Symbols palette to place the note & parens (press "Z" to display).

How? If I use a note, then the measure timing will change. If I add a symbol from the symbol palette, then it cannot be augmented by parentheses.

There are parens on the Symbols palette too.
