Trying to make drumline cadence but I need drum sounds, help me install mine
I am trying to compose a drumline cadence that will be loosely based off of this one:

When I selected marching percussion and make a score using that with default instruments in MS2, the snare sound is a piano. I haven't tested the other instruments, but I need real drum sounds to hear what I'm making.
I found this online:

This has a sound file and a template file. I'm thinking those will work for what I'm doing. Can you guys help me install those 2 files? I tried using several tutorials (including the one within the link I posted above) but I haven't had success.
Thanks!

That's for an older version of MuseScore, so don't use the template. You just need to install the soundfont using the instruction in the Handbook under Soundfont. And better to get the most recent version of the soundfont; see the Soundfonts forum on this site and find a recent post with the link.
Once the soundfont is installed, you need to select the appropriate instrument using the Mixer.

Thank you very much! I think just installing the SF2 file did the trick, and using the mixer to add it to the score.
One more question now: how do I add a drag to a 16th note?

"add a drag" - what do you mean by that? Some sort of articulation marking? They are found on the Articulations palette. Be sure to be in the Advanced workspace (see control at bottom of Palette window).
