That's odd.. it looks like it's part of bar 31, but over so far as to "spill over" onto the next page.
At any rate, I changed the view to continuous view and then scrolled, it was above bar 31.
The other way I tried (and it worked) was to stretch the few bars before and after 31 to move it so bar 31 wasn't at the end of the line; then the text was selectable.
It is a known problem that if you drag an element off the page it is actually attached to and onto another page, it becomes unselectable. Continuous View is a great workaround in 2.0, normally I suggest Ctrl+A to select followed by Ctrl+R to reset everything to default positions.

I initially thought that it was opening OK but I can just see the text lurking half-way across the page.
