No playback of arpeggio semi-quaver, or lower
1. Listen to the original
2. Play the score to find the arpeggio doesn't play
3. Open the MIDI to listen to the arpeggio (simulated)
Arpeggio quavers are allowed, but tied semi-quavers (which equal the value of a quaver) into another bar isn't. The lowest value it will playback correctly is a dotted semi-quaver.
It was also suggested we needed a better algorithm (different off-set?) - the provided arpeggio does sound odd (which was created by placing the music somewhere other than at a bar change).

This way sounds better - using hemidemisemiquavers.
Think it's fine in 2.0 nightly build (3996).
