Question about Parts

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I'm wondering, say I have a full score of each instrument in an orchestra, and I want to save individual parts so I could print them off and give them to a real orchestra without everyone having to read off of what looks like a conductor's score? I know I can just copy, but is there a simple way to do this?
